All trademarks, service marks, and trade names are proprietary to Victory Road Performance. All other trademarks not owned by Victory Road Performance or its subsidiaries that appear on this site are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by Victory Road Performance. Any unauthorized use of the materials appearing on this site may violate copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws and could result in criminal or civil penalties. All software used on this site is the property of Victory Road Performance or its software suppliers, protected by U.S. and international copyright laws, and may not be reproduced, modified, distributed, transmitted, or republished.
Your receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Victory Road Performance reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Victory Road Performance reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item and adjust your invoice accordingly. Victory Road Performance may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. Once you have placed an online, phone order, or other type of order with Victory Road Performance, you have entered into a contract to purchase and your credit card will be charged immediately. Orders DO NOT always ship on the same day. Please allow 24 hours for your order to ship. If you need priority delivery then please contact us by phone for immediate attention.
Inventory
At Victory Road Performance, we try our best to maintain complete and sufficient inventory levels on most items. Some items may, however, become temporarily out of stock while we wait for shipments to arrive or be produced, particularly with custom orders or custom-manufactured products. If you place an order and we are out of stock on an item which will delay shipment more than 2-3 days, we will notify you via email at the address you provided with your order.
Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL VICTORY ROAD PERFORMANCE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, CONSEQUENTIAL OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, WHETHER IN ACTION OR UNDER CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE. Under no circumstance, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall Victory Road Performance be liable for any damages that result from the use of, or inability to use, the information, materials, or products contained in or purchased. Further, Victory Road Performance shall have no liability or responsibility for any delay in the delivery, installation, or use of the products, as well as the service life of the products, performance, applicability for the use intended, proper installation, or the accuracy of information provided. Victory Road Performance will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages, nor damage caused by our products to other parts on the vehicle.
Disclaimer
Proper service and repair procedures are vital to the safe, reliable operation of all motor vehicles as well as the personal safety of those performing the repairs. Standard safety procedures and precautions (including use of safety goggles and proper tools and equipment) should be followed at all times to eliminate the possibility of personal injury or improper service which could damage the vehicle or compromise its safety.
Although this material has been prepared with the intent to provide reliable information, no warranty (express or implied) is made as to its accuracy or completeness. Neither is any liability assumed for loss or damage resulting from reliance on this material. SPECIFICALLY, NO WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR ANY OTHER WARRANTY IS MADE OR TO BE IMPLIED WITH RESPECT TO THIS MATERIAL. In no event will Victory Road Performance, its employees, or its parent or affiliates be liable for any damages, direct or indirect, consequential or compensatory, arising out of the use of this material. Please remember that modifying a car outside its normal OEM status, software, or hardware, could be risky. ALL MODIFICATION CONTAINS SOME LEVEL OF RISK, AND THAT RISK IS ASSUMED BY THE CUSTOMER.
VICTORY ROAD PERFORMANCE PRODUCTS ARE FOR OFF-ROAD USE ONLY. Victory Road Performance is not responsible for the use, misuse, mis-installation, or damage to property or persons, up to and including loss of life or property from the use of items sold by Victory Road Performance. It is recommended that all parts be installed by professionally certified and experienced automotive technicians.
Tuning
Numbers presented on advertised products may not be similar on other platforms or vehicles. All vehicles are maintained and perform differently. Victory Road Performance cannot guarantee exact or similar results from one car to another because of that. We will do our best to produce the safest and most power out of the tuning as possible. We cannot be held responsible for different cars representing numbers on different dynos at different times of the year in which atmospheric conditions could alter the results.
Pre-Orders
Pre-orders are non-refundable. Once a pre-order is placed and payment is made, it is considered final, and no refunds will be issued unless the item is damaged in transit.
Payment Terms
Victory Road Performance accepts credit cards, Cashier Checks, Money Orders, and Bank Transfers with appropriate billing and shipping addresses to be verified. All orders are to be paid in full at the time of purchase unless we contact you otherwise.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied, return the new/unused item in the original box prepaid within 1 month, with a copy of the invoice, for a refund/exchange. When making a return, please remember a few rules of thumb so your return can be processed as quickly as possible.
- NO returns will be accepted without a copy of the original invoice.
- NO returns or refunds on international orders!!! All international orders WILL ship as placed.
- NO refunds on shipping costs!!!
- Refunds will incur restock fees of 20%.
- NO returns on Tunes, Software, or Digital Products
- We DO NOT except any freight collect packages.
- NO returns on parts which fail due to mis-installation. Proper installation is the responsibility of the buyer/user.
- NO returns on parts that have cerakote or other custom options.
No COD or freight-collect shipments will be accepted. Credit will be issued for merchandise only – no refunds will be given on handling/shipping charges.
New items purchased from Victory Road Performance which have been used, installed, or otherwise modified are not returnable / refundable.
If a return has been explicitly approved by a Victory Road Performance employee after 90 days from invoice date that refund is subject to a 50% restocking fee and the remainder is issued as store credit, no exceptions.
There are no returns after 6 months from invoice date, no exceptions.
Lost/Damaged Packages
Any lost or damaged mail/ shipments must be reported and claimed within 60 days of the shipping date or they will not be covered by insurance coverage. International claims must be done after 30 days and before 90 days.
