The stock airbox on the 45-series AMG is built to be quiet, and it costs you airflow doing it. The CTS Turbo intake fixes that. It’s a direct-fit kit for the 2014–2019 CLA45, GLA45 and A45 AMG that ditches the restrictive factory inlet and lets the M133 actually breathe.

Made for the M133, not adapted to it
This isn’t a universal filter on a bracket. It’s built around the M133 engine, so it bolts in clean and the fitment is right. The kit runs a 5″ high-flow filter, one of the biggest you’ll find for these cars, on a custom adapter that gets rid of the narrow factory inlet. You get quicker throttle response, stronger pull up top, and a lot more turbo spool noise.

Installation
It uses the factory ram-air airbox location, so it’s a straightforward bolt-on with hand tools. No cutting, nothing permanent. One of the easiest upgrades you can do to a 45 AMG.
FAQ
Will it fit my car? If you’ve got a 2014–2019 A45, CLA45 or GLA45 AMG, yes.
Do I need a tune? No. It works on a stock car and you’ll feel and hear the difference right away. It just does more once you add a tune.
Will it make my car louder? Yes. noticeably more turbo spool and induction noise.
Is it hard to install? No. Hand tools, factory airbox location, no cutting.
